MITCHELL'S OF LANCASTER REQUIRE MANAGEMENT COUPLES, TRAINEE MANAGEMENT COUPLES & RELIEF MANAGEMENT COUPLES

Mitchell's of Lancaster are looking to recruit management couples to run our destination food, city centre and community pubs. They will be responsible for the day to day operation of our unique outlets within our growing managed estate.

The successful candidates must be:

* Experienced with a proven track record of success, preferably for a branded operator

* Demonstrate passion and dedication to deliver the highest standards of service

* Be able to demonstrate ability to effectively manage all financial aspects of the business

* Possess the ability to successfully develop the wet and food side of the operation

* Personal licence holders

* You must be team players, being able to work with your staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead from the front, creating a welcoming environment, driving the sales and maintaining the profitability of our establishments.
